CHARTER SCHOOL POLICY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
The Charter Policy Maintenance Program fulfills the ongoing needs of charter and cyber charter schools by facilitating the process of maintaining a current and compliant policy manual. Partnering with BCS requires minimal effort on the part of the school’s administration or board of trustees, which enables the leadership team to focus on other demanding priorities.
All subscribers to the Charter Policy Maintenance Program are provided with a user-friendly, web-based policy system and have access to the Charter Policy News Network (CPNN). BCS staff process new or revised policies submitted from the school that have been officially adopted by the board of trustees. Prior to finalizing policies for public view, the BCS staff will perform a review, conduct necessary formatting, adjust links to appropriate legal citations and policy references, and communicate any issues identified during the review to the school.
