This guide is organized into four sequential steps for transitioning an agency from meeting physically to meeting digitally: assess, plan, test and launch. The guide embeds recommendations from BCS as well as links to Zoom-created tutorials on specific actions or topics. This guide may be useful for agencies transitioning to digital platforms other than Zoom although specific settings and options may not have counterparts on alternative platforms.
